Get your day started with an energizing workout led by local trainer DL Althoff from OBX Fitness Collective and Move Unbound on the Green on Wednesday mornings at 7:30 a.m. from June 17 to September 9. The workout, “Dynamic Flow”, is a natural, practical, and playful calisthenics workout for the amateur and the athlete. A yoga mat is not needed for this class, but water is encouraged.
