DOUBLE RED FLAGS are posted at all Duck beaches today. Ocean conditions will lead to powerful rip currents and dangerous 4-8 foot breaking waves driven by distant Hurricane Kirk, making conditions life-threatening for swimmers and ocean rescue personnel. Ocean swimming is not allowed, stay out of the water!
