On Wednesday, September 5, 2012 at 7:00 p.m., the Town Council of the Town of Duck will consider the following items:
ZTA – Property Maintenance Offices
Application by Quible and Associates, P.C., on behalf of TFP, LLC, to amend Town Code Sections 156.002 and 156.036 (C) to add Real Estate Property Management/Maintenance Office as a conditional use permitted in the VC – Village Commercial zoning district.
Application by Quible and Associates, P.C., on behalf of FMC/NV Sanderling SPE, LLC., to amend the existing conditional use permit for the Sanderling Resort and Spa located at 1461 Duck Road, PIN 995110255523. The applicant is proposing modifications to the resort to include the addition of seven guest rooms, two outdoor pools, a pool service building, an addition to the existing storage and maintenance building, and other site and landscaping modifications. The property is located in the C-2 General Commercial zoning district.
