The Town of Duck Planning Board will review the following application at its public meeting on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at 6:30 p.m.
ORD-22-009 Application for a text amendment to Chapter 94.04 Definitions in Beach and Dune Management, and the regulatory standards specified in Subsection 156.124 Structures Within the Primary and Frontal Dunes of the Zoning Ordinance to review the elevation requirement of dune walkover structures (minimum 18 inches).
If recommended by Planning Board, the Duck Town Council may conduct public a hearing concerning ORD-22-009 on Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. to receive comments prior to its consideration of the text amendment application.
Any person may appear in person or be represented by an agent to present comments on this application. Written comments may be submitted to the Planning Board and Town Council at Town of Duck, P.O.
