  • Dispute (Duck Ridge Village Court) 

On December 12, 2022, officers responded to this location after receiving a call about a verbal dispute between a married couple, over a check written to both parties. The wife reported her husband took the check and was refusing to give it to her. Officers advised the couple no criminal violation had occurred and explained the procedure to resolve the matter through the civil court.
