TRAFFIC

  • Officers issued 12 traffic enforcement actions during the week.

PROPERTY CHECKS

  • 147 business checks were made. 3 unsecured doors were found.
  • 2 extra patrol checks were requested by out-of-town property owners this week.

INCIDENTS OF INTEREST

• Larceny (Marlin Drive)

Two beach chairs and a rug were taken from underneath a house. The chairs were later located and returned to the owner.

• Larceny (Duck Road)

A pink bakery flag was reported stolen from the front porch area of Tullio’s. Officers searched the area but were unable to locate the flag. An unknown male located the flag the following day and returned it.

Arrest (West Charles Jenkins)

A maintenance technician was arrested on a warrant for larceny from a rental home. The suspect was located via the APLR system.

• Overdose (Address withheld for Privacy)

Officers responded to assist with a 22-year-old female that unintentionally overdosed on an anti-seizure medication.

• No traffic crashes were reported this week.
