As the Duck officer was entering the suspect vehicle into the watch list, he observed the suspect vehicle pass him traveling south. The vehicle was stopped and the wanted suspect, 22-year-old James Blake of Topping, Virginia, was arrested on a fugitive warrant for making terroristic threats and the additional local charges of using a fictitious license plate, possession of marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia.

• Larceny (Sandy Ridge Road)

Officers received a call from the owner stating that three days prior, two packages were taken from his porch. The UPS driver remembered leaving the packages on the porch the day they were delivered. Officers talked with the neighbors, but they didn’t see anything suspicious on the day in question.
