The Town of Duck will be offering three morning exercise classes weekly at the Duck Town Park, 1200 Duck Road, in Duck, NC.
These classes will run from May to September, and will be led by an instructor from Outer Banks Yoga and Pilates. Classes will be held on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
Mondays –Yoga will be held from May 3 through September 27.
Tuesdays – Tai Chi will be held from May 4 through September 28.
Thursdays –Pilates will be held from May 6 through September 30.
All classes begin at 7:30 a.m. on the Town Green, and are free to the public. Participants should arrive ten minutes before the beginning of the class. Please bring a yoga/Pilates mat or a towel and water if you plan to participate in the Yoga or Pilates class.
