On Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., the Town Council of the Town of Duck will conduct a public hearing and consider the following conditional use permit application and zoning text amendment:
CUP-18-010 Application by Robert & Tanya Hovey for a conditional use permit to convert approximately 135 square feet of retail space to an eating establishment in the existing Duck Village Outfitters building and add a 275 square foot outdoor seating area at 1207 Duck Road, PIN 985912850070.
Ord. 18-08 Proposal to amend Town Code Section 156.140 to make the standards for accessory dwellings consistent with recently adopted standards for the maximum size and septic capacity of single-family residences.
