Public Hearing Notice | October 2, 2024

On Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at 1:00 p.m., the Town Council of the Town of Duck will conduct a public hearing and consider the following special use permit application:

 SUP 24-007 Pursuant to Section 156.128 of the Duck Town Code, property owners Shawn & Irene Devroude have submitted a special use permit application to extend a retaining wall to contain and support fill up to three feet (3’) in height at 134 Olde Duck Road, which is not permitted under Subsection 156.128(A)(6).

Box 8369, Duck, North Carolina 27949, or via e-mail at councilmeeting@townofduck.com.  Per State Statute, only the name and address of persons submitting written comments will be provided to the Town Council prior to or at the meeting.  A staff report will be available approximately five days in advance of the meeting at the Town Administrative offices or via the Town’s website at www.townofduck.com/towncouncil/.
