Planning Board to Hold Regular Meeting | June 8, 6:30 p.m.

The Town of Duck Planning Board will review the following application at its public meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 8, 2022.

ORD-22-005    Application by Andrew Meredith for text amendments to several sections of the Duck Town Code to accommodate the addition of Residential Duplex Structures as a permitted use in the C-1 Neighborhood Commercial Conventional Zoning District.

  1. Conversion of a 900 square foot retail space to a post office;
  2. Addition of customer seating at Tullio’s Bakery;
  3. Use of the Village Commercial Development Option to reduce the number of required on-site parking spaces.

Following the Planning Board’s recommendations, Duck Town Council is expected to conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, August 3, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. to receive comments prior to its consideration of the text amendment application.
