Town of Duck Planning Board to consider Conditional Use Permit on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at 6:30 p.m.

The Town of Duck Planning Board will review the following Conditional Use Permit application at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 9, 2019.

CUP-18-010    Application by Robert & Tanya Hovey for a conditional use permit to convert approximately 135 square feet of retail space to an eating establishment in the existing Duck Village Outfitters building and add a 275 square foot outdoor seating area at 1207 Duck Road, PIN 985912850070.

Following the Planning Board’s recommendations, Duck Town Council is expected to conduct a Public Hearing on February 6, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. to receive comments prior to its consideration of this application.
