The Town of Duck Board of Adjustment will conduct a Public Hearing on March 3, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. to receive comments relating to the following appeal application:
BOA-2016-001 The Duck Board of Adjustment has received an appeal application submitted on January 21, 2016 by Bernie Mancuso, representative for the appellants, John & Debra Wenk, property owners of 108 Beachcomber Court, Duck, NC 27949 regarding the zoning administrator’s decision to issue a Notice of Violation for the removal of two (2) trees larger than twenty-four inches (24”) dbh without first obtaining a tree removal permit per the requirements of Section 156.137 of the Duck Town Code.
Any person may appear at the hearing to provide testimony on the appeal. A staff report regarding the appeal will be available approximately one week in advance of the meeting.
