CUP-18-009 Application by The Parker House, LLC for a conditional use permit to construct a new 2,364 square foot restaurant with 38 seats and small outdoor seating area at 1184 Duck Road, PIN 985916833607.
Ord. 18-06 A proposal to amend the standards of Town Code Section 156.126 by the establishment of maximum size standards for single-family residences.
