CUP-19-003 Application by property owners Travis & Jessica Costin for a conditional use permit to permit revisions to the minimum rear setback under the Village Commercial Development Option for the addition of a rear stairway and deck on a previously approved mixed-use building at 102 Scarborough Lane, PIN 985916838455.
ORD-19-003 Application for a zoning text amendment to add more detailed approval criteria for conditional use permit applications in Section 156.155(E) of the Town Code.
