Town Council to Conduct Public Hearing on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at 7:00 p.m.

On Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at 7:00 p.m., the Town Council of the Town of Duck will conduct a public hearing and consider the following Zoning Text Amendment:

Ord. 17-15      A proposal to amend Subsection 156.037(C) of the Zoning Ordinance to allow the construction of sills and groins, use of riprap, and fill in wetland areas to prevent shoreline erosion and re-establish wetlands in the Ocean and Sound Overlay (OSO) zoning district.
