Planning Board to Review Special Exception and Conditional Use Permits at its regular March 10, 2021 meeting at 6:30 p.m.

The Town of Duck Planning Board will review the following applications at its public meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 10, 2021.

SE-21-003       Application by property owner Robin Kokolis for a special exception relating to the grading of a residential lot at 111 Bayberry Drive, PIN 985912865465, including the following conditional uses: to allow the fill in excess of 3’ or 36” above pre-disturbance grade to create a level area for a single-family detached dwelling pursuant to Subsection 156.128(A)(12) of the Duck Town Code.

CUP-21-001   Application by Doug Kraus for a conditional use permit to add a 28-seat eating establishment in the Village Commercial (V-C) district in the Scarborough Lane Shopping Center at 1171 Duck Road, PIN 985916835584.

Following the Planning Board’s recommendations, Duck Town Council is expected to conduct Public Hearings on April 7, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. to receive comments prior to its consideration of the special exception and conditional use permit applications.

Any person may appear in person or be represented by an agent to present comments on these applications.  Written comments may be submitted to the Planning Board and Town Council at Town of Duck, P.O.
