Planning Board to Consider Conditional Use Permit Application at its November 13, 2019 meeting at 6:30 p.m.

The Town of Duck Planning Board will review the following Conditional Use Permit application at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 13, 2019.

CUP-19-004    Application by property owner Joseph Speight and applicant Duck Cycle for two conditional use permits at 1566 Duck Road, PIN 995109251267:985916845329, including the following conditional uses:

  1. Establishment of a bicycle, watersports, and beach gear rental business (including an on-site kayak launch) in the existing seafood market building; and
  2. Establishment of an ice cream shop in a portion of the existing building.

Following the Planning Board’s recommendations, Duck Town Council is expected to conduct a Public Hearing on December 4, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. to receive comments prior to its consideration of this application.
