Duck Planning Board to review Conditional Use permit application at its regular meeting on May 8, 2019 at 6:30 p.m.

The Town of Duck Planning Board will review the following Conditional Use Permit application at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 8, 2019.

CUP-19-003    Conditional use permit amendment to CUP 17-003, submitted by Travis Costin, to modify the previously approved mixed-use building site plan. This request is being submitted under Town Code section 156.036(C)(6) – Village Commercial Development Option.  This amendment requests modification of the rear setback to accommodate the addition of a rear stairway at 102 Scarborough Lane, PIN 985916838455. 

Following the Planning Board’s recommendations, Duck Town Council is expected to conduct a Public Hearing on June 5, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. to receive comments prior to its consideration of this application.
