The 2022 Primary Election day is Tuesday, May 17, 2022.

The polling location in Duck is:

Duck Town Hall, 1200 Duck Road

Polls are open from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

2022 Primary Election Important Dates

April 22: Voter registration deadline. Register to vote here.

April 28: Early (One-Stop) voting begins in Dare County. You may be eligible for same-day registration at an early voting site. Find out more here.

Early voting for the 2022 Primary Election – April 28 – May 14, 2022 at two locations:

• Dare County Administration Building – 954 Marshall C. Collins Dr., Manteo, NC 27954
• Kill Devil Hills Town Hall Commissioners Meeting Room, 102 Town Hall Drive, Kill Devil Hills, NC 27948

The hours of operation for all early voting polling sites are as follows:

• Thursday, April 28, 2022- Friday, April 29, 2022 – 8:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Monday, May 2, 2022 – Friday, May 6, 2022 – 8:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Monday, May 9, 2022 – Friday, May 13, 2022 – 8:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Saturday, May 14, 2022 – 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

May 10: Deadline to request absentee ballot.
