Winter Park/Sound Cleanup

Weather permitting, the date for the Winter Town park/sound clean up is Saturday, December 10 (with a tentative rain/wind date of December 17).
We plan to start at 10:00 a.m. and be done by noon with lunch provided by the Town for all of those that can help. Please be sure to bring your own reusable water bottle.
Getting down into the water and mud of the sound not your thing? That is ok! We also need people to help clean up the park area as well as be on the boardwalk to assist those down in the sound area by pointing out trash that they may not be able to see and to haul bags back to the dumpsters when full.
The clean up is in conjuction with the Duck Sweep program. If you are interested in helping with the sound/park clean up please sign up online here and we will keep you updated as the date approaches.
