Get your day started with an energizing workout led by local trainer DL Althoff on the Green on Wednesday mornings at 7:30 a.m. from June 15 to September 14. The workout, “Dynamic Flow”, incorporates elements of capoeira, yoga, and body weight conditioning to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. A yoga mat is not needed for this class, but water is encouraged.
