Elizabeth City State University Choir

The Elizabeth City State University Choir will share an evening of eclectic jazz favorites. The concert will feature styles that range from traditional smooth jazz to Samba and Bossa Nova. The evening will feature instrumental and choral music, transforming listeners through an amalgamation of time. The evening will feature the full choir, small ensemble, soloist, and instrumentalists.

From “Misty” and “The Girl from Ipanema” to “Islands in the Sky”, come prepared to enjoy a beautiful evening with the Elizabeth City University and former alumni. The ensemble is led by Dr. Walter R. Swan, Director of Choral Activities and Associate Professor of Voice.
