Board of Adjustment Public Hearing
April 4 @ 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm
The Town of Duck Board of Adjustment will conduct a Public Hearing on April 4, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. to receive comments relating to the following variance application:
BOV-2022-001 An application submitted by Evolve Design + Build, LLC on behalf of property owners Sunlight on Coast, LLC for a variance to replace an existing swimming pool and hot tub in the same, nonconforming location at 1170 Duck Road, PIN#985916825947
- Variance of 19.14 feet to permit a setback of 5.86 feet from the rear property line. Town Code Section 156.030(D)(5) requires a minimum rear yard setback of 25 feet from the rear property line.
Any person may appear at the hearing to provide testimony concerning the variance application. A staff report regarding the variance application will be available approximately five (5) days in advance of the meeting.
