Bias Speaker Series

Join us as we welcome back Elizabeth City State University Professor of History Glen Bowman as part of The Bias Speaker Series. Dr. Bowman’s lecture, the Disfranchisement in North Carolina: 1898 – 1920, will take place in the Paul F. Keller Meeting Hall with a light reception beginning at 6:30 p.m.
The Bias Speaker Series is supported by the John H. & Frances Lane Bias Foundation, Inc. (The Bias Foundation), in collaboration with the Town of Duck. All events are free and open to the public.
