On Wednesday, September 4, 2013 at 7:00 p.m., the Town Council of the Town of Duck will conduct a public hearing to consider the following permit applications:
CUP-13-002 Application by Michael W. Strader, Jr., P.E. of Quible & Associates, P.C., on behalf of TFP, LLC, property owner, to consider a conditional use permit for a new property maintenance facility to be located at 109 Scarborough Lane, PIN 985916932218. This project will include clearing and grading and construction of a 5,000 s.f. rental property management/maintenance office building, associated parking, utilities and other miscellaneous site improvements. This application request will be considered using the standards contained under Town Code Section 156.036 (C)(6) Village Commercial Development Option.
SE-13-001 Application by property owners George and Susan Hazen to consider a special exception permit to allow a 20’ front yard setback where a 25’ setback is required in order to permit the installation of an in-ground swimming pool, pool surround and barrier at 114 Christopher Drive, 985916942126. This application request will be considered using the standards contained under Town Code Section 156.054 Special Exceptions for Specified Improvements to Single-Family Dwellings in Existence on July 1, 2003.
