On Thursday, July 5, 2012 at 7:00 p.m., the Duck Town Council will consider the following item:
Ord. 12-04 Ordinance 12-04 would add Chapter 95 – Special Events to the Town of Duck Code of Ordinances. This ordinance would establish permitting and regulatory requirements for commercial special events where attendance is expected to exceed 100 persons.
