The final draft of the Town of Duck Comprehensive and Land Use Plan will be discussed and reviewed by the Duck Planning Board at its regular public meeting on Wednesday, July 8, at 6:30 p.m.

The Planning Board agenda and draft plan is available for review here. Public comments may be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org until 5:00 p.m. on the date of the meeting. Please be sure to include your name and address. Public comments may also be submitted via Zoom during the meeting.
The land use plan is the culmination of extensive public participation, including stakeholder meetings, public surveys, open houses, and public comments over the past year. Throughout the process, a Council-appointed Advisory Committee has provided review and guidance.
Following Planning Board review, the plan is scheduled to proceed to the Duck Town Council for a public hearing on Wednesday, August 5, at 7:00 p.m.
