Comprehensive and CAMA Land Use Plan Survey

The Town of Duck is in the process of updating its comprehensive plan and state-required Coastal Area Management Act (CAMA) land use plan. The comprehensive plan will outline the Town’s goals and priorities and serve as a guide for the issuance of CAMA and other development permits. Extensive public participation is a key component of the comprehensive plan update and we want to hear from you, the community, throughout the process. Your thoughts, ideas, and participation are vital for the success of this effort.

Administered by consulting firm Stewart, this survey is part of the first phase of the update process and is intended to provide a snapshot of public opinion on a variety of issues. Your answers will help inform the comprehensive plan update process. Anyone with an interest in the Town of Duck (including residents, property owners, business owners, workers, visitors, and others) is encouraged to complete the survey.

Find the survey here.  Please complete the survey by August 23rd to share your opinions on matters important to the community.
