Town of Duck Planning Board to Review Special Exception Permit Application on January 11, 2017 at 6:30 p.m.

The Town of Duck Planning Board will review the following special exception permit application on January 11, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. in order to provide a recommendation to the Duck Town Council:

SE 2016-003    Application by property owners Robert Webb and Gail Plucker to consider a special exception permit application to add fill material approximately eight feet (8’) in depth in association with the construction of a soundfront bulkhead at 1166 Duck Road, PIN 985916826709.  Section 156.128(A)(4)(c) of the Town Code requires a maximum depth of three feet (3’) for fill material.

Following the Planning Board’s recommendation, the Duck Town Council is expected to conduct a Public Hearing on February 1, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. to receive comments on this application.  Please note that the Public Hearing date with Town Council is tentative and can change depending on the outcome of the Planning Board meeting.

Any individual may appear in person or be represented by an agent to present comments on this application.  Written comments may be submitted to the Planning Board and Town Council at Town of Duck, P.O.
