Planning Board to Consider Conditional use Permit Application on Wednesday, November 8, 2017

The Town of Duck Planning Board will review the following Conditional Use Permit application at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 8, 2017.

CUP-17-003    Application by Travis Costin for a conditional use permit to apply the Village Commercial Development Option to a project involving the renovation of the existing residence, construction of a two-car garage, and construction of a mixed-use building with studio, office, and apartment at 102 Scarborough Lane, PIN 985916838455. 

Following the Planning Board’s recommendations, Duck Town Council is expected to conduct a Public Hearing on December 6, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. to receive comments prior to its consideration of this application.

Any person may appear in person or be represented by an agent to present comments on this application.  Written comments may be submitted to the Planning Board and Town Council at Town of Duck, P.O.
