The Duck Town Council will hold its Regular Meeting on Wednesday, April 1, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Paul F. Keller Meeting Hall at 1200 Duck Road.
To continue to observe best practices to prevent the spread of COVID-19 while maintaining government services and transparency, the Town of Duck will enable stakeholders to view the April 1, 2020 Council meeting live through a web platform. Based on local and state health guidance, the public should not attend this meeting in person.
In order to view and participate in the meeting you’ll need to have access to an internet connection via computer or mobile device.
The applicable link and instructions will be posted at www.townofduck.com/town-council no later than 5 p.m. on Tuesday, March 31.
Stakeholders are encouraged to review the agenda and send desired public comments to email@example.com prior to 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 1. The comments will be read into the record during the public comment portion. Please include your name and address in your comment. Comments should be limited to 3 minutes when read aloud.
Instructions for submitting a public comment during the live public comment period will be provided along with viewing instructions. Comments will be submitted via chat and read into the record.
The video will be recorded and available for viewing within a few days of the meeting.
