Town Council to conduct Public Hearings on two (2) Conditional Use Permit Applications at its April 4, 2018 meeting

On Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at 7:00 p.m., the Town Council of the Town of Duck will conduct public hearings and consider the following conditional use permit applications:

CUP 18-001    Application by Michael Strader, Jr. P.E. of Quible & Associates, P.C. on behalf of CWI Sanderling Hotel, LP c/o Watermark Partner Capitals, LLC for a conditional use permit amendment to allow the addition of eleven (11) new guest rooms, a new fitness center, decking/patio areas, and associated improvements in the General Commercial (C-2) district at the Sanderling Resort and Spa located at 1461 & 1574 Duck Road, PIN 995110255523 & 995109250810.

CUP 18-003    Application by Allis Holdings, LLC for a conditional use permit to expand an existing canoe/kayak tour business by adding on-site kayak and stand up paddleboard rentals in the Village Commercial (V-C) district at the Waterfront Shops, 1240 Duck Road, PIN 985911761465.
