On Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at 7:00 p.m., the Town Council of the Town of Duck will conduct public hearings and consider the following Zoning Text Amendment applications:
Ord. 17-03 Proposal to amend the Town of Duck Zoning Ordinance by adding Section 156.128(c) outlining standards for the consideration and approval of Special Exceptions for fill over 36 inches in depth.
Ord. 17-04 Proposal to amend Section 156.130 of the Town of Duck Zoning Ordinance to bring the Town’s sign standards into compliance with the sign content restrictions identified in the recent U.S. Supreme Court decision in Reed v. Town of Gilbert.
