Planning Board to consider two (2) Conditional Use permit Applications at its April 11, 2018 meeting at 6:30 p.m.

The Town of Duck Planning Board will review the following Conditional Use Permit applications at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 11, 2018.

CUP-18-004    Application by Big Momma, LLC for a conditional use permit to apply the Village Commercial Development Option seeking flexible development standards for structure setbacks, lot coverage, and parking to accommodate expansion of the outdoor seating and entertainment area in the Village Commercial (V-C) district at Roadside Bar & Grill, 1193 Duck Road, PIN 985916845553.

CUP-18-005    Application by Keith Cummings for a conditional use permit to add an ice cream shop (eating establishment) in the Village Commercial (V-C) district in the southern end unit in the Loblolly Pines Shopping Center at 1187 Duck Road, PIN 985916845329.

Following the Planning Board’s recommendations, Duck Town Council is expected to conduct a Public Hearing on May 2, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. to receive comments prior to its consideration of these applications.

Any person may appear in person or be represented by an agent to present comments on these applications.  Written comments may be submitted to the Planning Board and Town Council at Town of Duck, P.O.
