Planning Board to Consider Conditional Use Permit Application at its Regular Meeting on November 14, 2018 at 6:30 p.m.

The Town of Duck Planning Board will review the following Conditional Use Permit application at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 14, 2018.

CUP-18-009    Application by The Parker House, LLC for a conditional use permit to construct a new restaurant with 44 seats and 2,364 square feet at 1184 Duck Road, PIN 985916833607.

Following the Planning Board’s recommendations, Duck Town Council is expected to conduct a Public Hearing on December 5, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. to receive comments prior to its consideration of this application.

Any person may appear in person or be represented by an agent to present comments on this application.  Written comments may be submitted to the Planning Board and Town Council at Town of Duck, P.O.
