Notice of Joint Special Meeting – Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at 10:00 a.m.

The Town Council and the Planning Board will conduct a Joint Special Meeting as required by Zoning Ordinance Section 31.06(B) on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 in the Paul F. Keller Meeting Hall, 1200 Duck Road, to discuss the following:

  • Discussion of a Memorandum from the Duck Planning Board regarding standards regulating the maximum size/occupancy of residences

Notice is also given that the Planning Board’s regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 has been canceled due to lack of items to discuss.

Any person may attend this Special Meeting. If desired, written comments may be submitted in advance to the Town Council or Planning Board via email at info@townofduck.com.  Staff reports will be available approximately five days in advance of the meeting.
