Application to rezone the current classification of a particular parcel of property; Application to request a zoning text amendment to the zoning ordinance
Zoning Amendment Petition $750 (plus $500/acre or any fraction thereof beyond 1 acre); $350
Application for a zoning variance

Application for a Minor Home Occupation
Application for Minor Home Occupation Permit $50
Site Plan Application for Commercial Development Projects

Floodplain Permits
Application for any man-made disturbance in the floodplain
Floodplain Development Permit Application $25-$100 

Miscellaneous Permits
Application for new driveway installation or conversion of a driveway from gravel to concrete or vice versa; new or replacement of septic systems; placement of pre-built storage sheds, playhouses or underground propane tanks on the property; landscaping projects that involve machine grading or filling of the property; any projects that add fill dirt or gravel or concrete areas, patios, walkways, ground-level decks and similar site features that cover or disturb the land.
Land Disturbance Permit $25-$200 (w/o a submitted building permit)
New development requires planning for vegetation. A vegetation management plan showing what vegetation is to be retained on the lot and what is to be replanted must be provided prior to approval of a building permit or land disturbance permit.
Vegetation Mgmt Plan/Tree Removal Application none
Application for Administrative Approval of an Error in Building, Structure, or Site Feature Location; allows administrative approval up to a maximum 10% of the minimum yard requirement.
Application for Error in Building Location $250
Application for Administrative Approval of a Reduction in Minimum Yard Requirements for Existing Single Family Homes pursuant to Section 156.054 or 156.055
Application for Reduction of Minimum Yard Requirements $250
Sign Permit (ground mounted, wall mounted and window mounted)
Sign Permit Application $50 - $250
Temporary Sign Permit (ground mounted, wall mounted and window mounted)
Temporary Sign Permit Application $25 for each 10 day period plus $50 deposit
Permit to operate any mechanical or electrically operated device designed to monitor and/or detect fire, unauthorized intrusion or an emergency situation and which transmits a warning signal by any means.
Automatic Alarm Permit Application $50
