Basic Yoga/Deep Stretch 7:30 a.m. – Basic Yoga is
appropriate for people of all ages. Julia Daniel from Outer Banks Yoga and Pilates in Kitty Hawk is the instructor. Participants should bring a Pilates/Yoga mat or a beach towel and water. In the case of inclement weather, this class will be held at the picnic shelter.

Tai Chi 7:30 a.m. – Tai Chi is appropriate for people of all ages. Julia Daniel from Outer Banks Yoga and Pilates in Kitty Hawk is the instructor. Participants should bring a towel and water. “Fit and Flexible,” Beginning Pilates 7:30 a.m.- This class is for all fitness levels. Participants should bring a Pilates/Yoga mat or a beach towel and water. Kerry Sanders of Outer Banks Yoga and Pilates is the instructor. This class is held on the Town Green but in the case of inclement weather, this class will be held at the picnic shelter.

Author Discussion Series 10:00 a.m. – Gail Midgett and
Bea Basnight– Taste of the Outer Banks- Our author discussion series is coordinated by the Town in conjunction with Duck’s Cottage Book Store. Outer Banks natives Gail Midgett and Bea Basnight will be discussing and providing samples of their delicious recipes straight from their series of Taste of the Outer Banks cookbooks.
