Planning Board to Review Conditional Use Permits at its June 10, 2015 Meeting

The Planning Board of the Town of Duck will review the following applications on June 10, 2015 at 6:30 p.m.:

CUP-15-002   Application by John Milisitz on behalf of CWI Sanderling Hotel, LP, aka Sanderling Resort, for a conditional use permit to allow three (3) wireless panel antennas and associated equipment extending from the rooftop of the building at 1570 Duck Road, PIN 995109251407. The purpose of the antennas is to provide cellular coverage to the surrounding area. This application will be considered in accordance with Town Code Section 156.058 Wireless Communications Systems (WTS).

CUP-15-003   Application by Monica Thibodeau, owner of Village Square, Inc. on behalf of Red Sky Café, tenant to consider a conditional use permit to expand the Red Sky Café at 1197 Duck Road by establishing a seasonal outdoor dining/entertainment area with up to 35 seats in accordance with Town Code Section 156.129, Eating Establishments.

Following the Planning Board’s recommendation, the Town Council of the Town of Duck is expected to conduct a Public Hearing on July 1, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. to receive comments on CUP 15-002 and 15-003.
