Planning Board to Review Conditional Use Permit at its March 11, 2015 Regular Meeting

The Planning Board of the Town of Duck will review the following application on March 11, 2015 at 6:30 p.m.: 

CUP-15-001    Application by C.S. Friedman, on behalf of 4 Seasons Resort, Inc., property owner, to consider a conditional use permit to establish a 28-seat restaurant in the existing Schooner Ridge commercial center at 1211 Duck Road, , Lot 1 of Section 1 of the Schooner Ridge Subdivision, Dare County PIN# 985912850209.  The applicant intends to convert 2,770 square feet of retail space at 1211 Duck Road for use as a restaurant and storage area. 

Following the Planning Board’s recommendation, the Town Council of the Town of Duck is expected to conduct a Public Hearing on April 1, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. to receive comments on CUP 15-001.
