Planning Board to Consider Zoning Text Amendments and a Conditional Use Permit Application at its Regular Meeting on July 8, 2015 at 6:30 p.m.

The Planning Board of the Town of Duck will review the following applications on July 8, 2015 at 6:30 p.m.:

TA-15-009       Application to amend the definition of “Building Height” and add a new definition  for “Average Finished Grade” in Section 156.002 of the Town Code. 

TA-15-010       Application to amend Subsection 156.129(C)(5) of the Town Code to eliminate a requirement that outdoor dining areas cannot be located in a septic area. 

CUP-15-004   Application by Forlano Properties, LLC for a conditional use permit to expand the Duck Deli at 1223 Duck Road by establishing an outdoor dining area with up to 30 seats and an entertainment stage.
