The Zoning Board of Adjustment is a “quasi-judicial” administrative body appointed by Town Council to interpret and apply the Town of Duck Code of Ordinances. This Board will hear and decide appeals from any administrative official charged with enforcing the Town of Duck Code of Ordinances; they will also hear special exception and variance requests as allowed by in the Town of Duck Code of Ordinances. This Board meets on an “as needed” basis. |
