Planning Board to Review Revised Conditional Use Permit Application on December 9, 2015 at 6:30 p.m.

The Planning Board of the Town of Duck will review the following revised Conditional Use Permit application on December 9, 2015 at 6:30 p.m.

CUP-15-004   Application by Forlano Properties, LLC for a conditional use permit to expand the Duck Deli restaurant at 1221/1223 Duck Road by establishing an outdoor dining area with up to 18 seats and a 7’ x 12’ entertainment stage.

Following the Planning Board’s recommendation, the Town Council of the Town of Duck is expected to conduct a Public Hearing on January 6, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. to receive comments on CUP 15-004.
