A. Update on Communications Survey
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
SUMMARY OF INFORMATION:
At the Council’s annual retreat held in January 2008, staff was directed to develop a survey related the preferred method of communication between the Town and its stakeholders. Staff developed a survey instrument to be used with an online survey, which was launched in mid-April. The survey was solicited to all stakeholders on the Town’s various email subscribers lists and will be solicited to all Town property owners when the newsletter is mailed in mid-May. Property owners will have the option of responding to the survey online or by completing the survey instrument included in the newsletter and mailing it to the Town. Staff will review the initial survey results for the Council, placing a special emphasis on the types of analysis that the online tools provide.
