Re:                  Planning Board Member Terms and Elections

 

As noted recently by the Town Clerk, the three-year terms for Planning Board members Ron Forlano and Jon Britt expired recently on May 1, 2008.  At the May 7, 2008 Town Council meeting, the Town Council re-appointed members Ron Forlano and Jon Britt to serve an additional three year terms. 

 

In accordance with the Planning Board by-laws, the Planning Board is responsible for electing a Chair and Vice-Chair at their annual May meeting.  We would ask that the Planning Board conduct these elections at the upcoming meeting.  For general information purposes, the Planning Board by-laws are attached for your review.
